I am a professional freediving instructor holding an AIDA Master Instructor certification, as well as certification within the Molchanovs Freediving Instructor system. I am based in Kuala Lumpur, and I conduct teaching and training across multiple locations in Southeast Asia, with a deep understanding of tropical water environments and the needs of students at different skill levels.

In my teaching, I am known for a strong technical foundation and strict safety standards. I emphasize the balance between breath control, relaxation techniques, and underwater efficiency. I specialize in structured, systematic training, clearly breaking down movements and technical elements to help students progress steadily and safely.

Whether working with complete beginners, conducting advanced depth training, or refining technique for experienced freedivers, I am committed to a rational, patient, and highly professional teaching approach. My goal is to help students build sustainable, long-term freediving ability—rather than simply completing a course or a single dive.
