I am a professional freediving instructor based in Pingxiang, Jiangxi, China, certified as an AIDA Freediving Instructor. I specialize in introducing students to freediving and guiding them through structured, safe, and progressive training.

I offer AIDA Freediving Level 1 to Level 3 courses, as well as underwater photography training, helping students develop both technical freediving skills and creative expression beneath the surface. My teaching emphasizes safety, relaxation, body awareness, and efficient movement in the water.

All courses are conducted in Chinese, ensuring clear communication and a supportive learning environment.
