I am a professional freediving instructor based in Semporna, Malaysia, certified as an AIDA Freediving Master Instructor. I specialize exclusively in freediving education, with a strong focus on safety, technique, and long-term skill development.

I offer a full range of AIDA Freediving courses, from beginner to advanced levels, tailoring each course to the individual needs and abilities of my students. My teaching emphasizes breath control, relaxation, body awareness, and efficient movement in the water, helping students progress in a stable and sustainable way.
